3. Design Development
After understanding your style and needs, we begin crafting your unique design.
We sketch, refine, and finalise the concept with your input, ensuring every detail — neckline, length, structure, embellishment — reflects your personality and desired look.
4. Fabric Selection

During your first fitting, you’ll try on the toile.

BEVANI – No‑Return / No‑Refund Terms & Conditions for Custom‑Made & Bespoke Orders
1. Custom & Bespoke Orders Are Final
All BEVANI custom‑made or bespoke orders become non‑refundable and non‑returnable once the first consultation has been completed. This includes virtual, in‑person, or phone consultations.
2. Consultation Marks the Start of Production
The first consultation signifies the beginning of the design and production process. From this point, time, materials, and resources are allocated specifically to your order, making cancellations or refunds impossible.
3. No Cancellations After Consultation
After the first consultation, the order cannot be cancelled for any reason, including change of mind, event cancellation, or personal circumstances.
4. Design Approval
Any sketches, measurements, fabric selections, or design decisions approved by the client during or after the consultation are considered final. Adjustments requested later may incur additional charges.
5. Non‑Transferable
Custom‑made and bespoke orders are created exclusively for the individual client and cannot be transferred to another person.
6. Faults & Quality Assurance
BEVANI ensures all custom pieces are produced to a high standard. If a genuine manufacturing fault is identified, BEVANI will assess and offer a repair or alteration at our discretion. This does not constitute grounds for a refund.
7. Client Measurements & Information
Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements and information. BEVANI is not liable for issues arising from incorrect details supplied by the client.
8. Alterations
Any alterations requested after the final fitting may incur additional fees. Alterations do not qualify as grounds for refunds or returns.
9. Acceptance of Terms
