BEVANI Design & Style Consultation Policy – Non‑Refundable Policy
1. All Design & Styling Payments Are Non‑Refundable
All fees paid toward BEVANI design and styling services are strictly non‑refundable. This includes consultation fees, design fees, creative direction fees, and any payments made toward custom or bespoke styling work.
2. No Refunds After Design Work Begins
Once the design or styling process has started—this includes consultations, sketches, fabric sourcing, mood boards, or any creative preparation—refunds cannot be issued under any circumstances.
3. No Refunds for Change of Mind
Refunds will not be granted due to change of mind, personal circumstances, event cancellations, or dissatisfaction with the design direction after approval.
4. Creative Work Is a Billable Service
All design and styling work involves time, expertise, and resources allocated specifically to your project. Because these services are delivered immediately and uniquely, payments cannot be reversed or refunded.
5. Non‑Transferable
Payments made toward BEVANI design or styling services cannot be transferred to another person, service, or future date unless explicitly approved by BEVANI.
6. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements, preferences, deadlines, and information. BEVANI is not liable for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete details provided by the client.
7. Revisions & Adjustments
Revisions requested after design approval may incur additional fees. Revisions do not qualify for refunds.
8. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a BEVANI design or styling service, the client acknowledges and agrees to this Non‑Refundable Policy in full.
